Terms and Conditions — DEA Meeting

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the DEA Meeting mobile application ("the App") operated by DEA ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms;
• You are authorized by your organization to use the App;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

DEA Meeting is a meeting management application that allows authorized users to:

• View meeting schedules and calendars;
• Receive meeting invitations and notifications;
• Access meeting documents, agendas, and minutes;
• Confirm attendance and view participant lists;
• Review meeting history.

The App is intended for use by authorized members and staff of the organization only.

3. User Accounts

• Access to the App requires an account issued or approved by your organization.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons;
• Copy, distribute, or disclose confidential meeting documents to unauthorized parties;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. Confidentiality

Meeting documents, schedules, participant information, and other content accessible through the App may be confidential. You agree to:

• Treat all such information as confidential;
• Use it only for legitimate work-related purposes;
• Not disclose it to any third party without proper authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
• No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above.

7. Privacy and Data

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• We collect and process personal data (such as your name, account information, and device tokens for notifications) solely for providing the App's services.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

8. Push Notifications

The App may send you push notifications regarding meetings, invitations, and updates. You may disable notifications through your device settings; however, this may affect the App's functionality.

9. Availability and Updates

• We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
• You may be required to install updates to continue using the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your authorization to use the App is revoked by your organization.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (such as Firebase for notifications). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
